– SAME company established in 1942 in Treviglio, Italy
– Acquired Lamborghini Trattori S.p.A. in 1973
– Changed name to SAME-Lamborghini-Hürlimann (S-L-H) in 1979
– Acquired Deutz-Fahr in 1995, becoming SAME Deutz-Fahr (SDF)

– Acquired Hürlimann in 1979
– Established Deutz-Fahr Combines in 2005
– Acquired Grégoire A/S in 2011
– Initiated a joint venture in China with Shandong Changlin Machinery in 2011
– Acquired VitiBot, a French leader in autonomous and electric robots for vineyards, in 2022
