– Ecological effects include increased phytoplankton biomass, dissolved oxygen depletion, fish kills, and loss of biodiversity.
– Impacts on aquatic life involve fish kills, disruption of food chains, changes in species composition, and stress on ecosystems.

**Management and Global Concerns**:
– Management strategies include reducing nutrient inputs, buffer zones, upgrading wastewater treatment, sustainable agriculture, and wetland restoration.
– Global concerns involve marine eutrophication, international agreements, innovative nutrient removal technologies, water conservation campaigns, and collaboration among stakeholders.
