**Technical Description:**
– Selbstfahrer is a self-propelled straw walker combine harvester.
– Offered with cutter bars of 2600mm, 3000mm, and 3600mm.
– Threshing drum width of 1250mm and diameter of 450mm.
– Four straw walkers with total length of 2400mm.
– Can harvest up to 4t of grain per hour.

**Weight and Propulsion:**
– Weight of 4710kg.
– Engine models: Perkins 4.270 diesel (44kW), Claas LD40 diesel (44kW), Unknown model Otto (41kW).
– First self-propelled combine harvester by Claas.
– Succeeded by Claas Matador Gigant.
– Offered with or without a straw baler.

– Targeted at agricultural contractors and large farms in Europe.
– 19,465 units produced from 1952 to 1963.
– Renamed to SF in 1953 due to trademark issue.
