SAME (tractors)
History:
– In 1927, Francesco and Eugenio Cassani designed the Cassani 40CV tractor powered by a Diesel engine.
– SAME was established in 1942, initially producing petrol and diesel engines for various applications.
– The first motor mower models were introduced by SAME in 1946.
– In 1952, SAME launched the DA 25, the first mass-produced modern tractor with all-wheel drive.
