**History:**
– Founded by Valerio Morra in 1980 with the purchase of MBS Spa
– ARGO purchased Pegoraro Spa of Vicenza in 1987
– Sixty-six percent of Landini was purchased in 1989 from Massey Ferguson
– Tractor business expanded in 1995 with the purchase of Valpadana Spa
– Further growth in 2001 with the purchase of the McCormick name and tractor factory in Doncaster, England
